I was transfered from the police academy annex Kaduna where l was the ACP Admin promoted to DCP and posted to the FHQ as the FEO in 1989.l opened many police children schools across Nigeria and police secondary schools Minna Calabar Akure and Police girls secondary school Shanono Kano l recruited all the commandant’s and teachers and non teaching staff  purchased all the required books equipments etc required for take off of all the schools including academic standard kitchen and sick bay equipments giant standby electric generators and general welfare and social facilities for pupils and students l wanted  the police schools to be a model in Nigeria
